This week has had some good news for the Create-A-Comic team namely a $2000 dollar boost to their funds from the. The project involves webcomic artists sending off comics without any words for children to fill in, and also blank strips for budding artists. This is their award was given by the Association of Schools of Public Health to help celebrate National Public Health Week. The project is worth a look, with a huge list of excellent list of webcomics involved.

 In other news, The Perry Bible Fellowship artist Nicholas Gurewitch has decided to stop drawing the PBF on a regular basis due to feeling that the pace he is drawing them at is far too fast. Don’t fret though it will still continue the strip admittedly on a its-done-when-its-done schedule          Edit (29th february) According to the Editor and Publisher, the PBF is going on a monthly schedule.
